People ask if I miss eggs on the Paleo autoimmune protocol (no eggs, no nuts, no nightshades - in addition to the usual Paleo plan of no grains, no legumes). The truth is, when I have a warm breakfast bowl like this, the answer is definitely not. This is broccoli, cauliflower, grass-fed beef and spinach all sauteed in coconut oil. I'm not sure how it looks, but it is completely delicious! Makes my old egg breakfasts look (and taste) pretty ho-hum.
